This outing invites you to take the wheel of your electric quadricycle from Uhart-Cize (2 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port) to explore wild and spectacular landscapes. Accompanied by Olivier, you will traverse the fascinating Basque mountains at a leisurely pace, punctuated by stops to discover the local flora, fauna, and history. Around 11:00 AM, arrive at Denise's summer pasture cabin for a special encounter. Denise will share her daily life and introduce you to the traditional production of Ossau-Iraty PDO cheese, as well as her other farm products. The morning will continue with a picnic overlooking the Iraty panoramas, featuring: - A charcuterie platter with an assortment of 6 items (Maison MAYTE in Saint-Jean-Le-Vieux) - Ossau-Iraty PDO sheep's cheese (Ferme BEIRA in Iraty) - Basque cake (Maison Barbier Millox in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port) - Wine or apple juice (Domaine Bordatto in Jaxu) A moment to share and immerse oneself in the local produce and pastoral culture.
