• Quadricycle Tour to an Exceptional Location • An Authentic Encounter with Denise, the Shepherdess of Beira Farm • A Gourmet and Friendly Experience on the Iraty Plateau An exceptional morning in the heart of the Iraty Plateau. This outing invites you to take the wheel of your electric quadricycle from Uhart-Cize (2 min from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port ) and explore wild and spectacular landscapes. Accompanied by Olivier, you will traverse the Basque mountains at a leisurely pace, punctuated by stops to discover the local flora, fauna, and history. Around 11:00 AM, arrive at Denise's summer pasture cabin for a special encounter. Denise will share her daily life and introduce you to the traditional production of Ossau-Iraty PDO cheese, as well as her other farm products. The morning will continue with a gourmet tasting overlooking the Iraty panoramas, featuring farm cheese, Basque charcuterie, Basque cake, and a local beverage, offering a moment of sharing and immersion in the local terroir and pastoral culture. Return to the valley, final panoramic views, arrival around 2 PM. A unique experience, from June 17th to September 9th, once a week, every Wednesday. Unforgettable!
