Accompanied by Olivier, you'll travel at a leisurely pace, enjoying various viewpoints and stops to observe nature, wildlife, and flora, and immerse yourself in the history and traditions of this region. Then comes the long-awaited moment: a 1.5-hour break in the heart of the mountains, facing a breathtaking panorama, to enjoy your Sunday in a dreamlike setting with a brunch/plancha featuring local sweet and savory, hot and cold products, carefully selected by us: - Assortment of charcuterie (Maison Mayte in Saint-Jean-le-Vieux) - Organic Ossau-Iraty PDO sheep's cheese (Ferme Ametzalde in Lasse) - Sheep's milk yogurt (Laiterie de la Nive) - Trout gravlax (Pisciculture d'Iraty) - Green tea (Ilgora in Ustaritz) - Hot chocolate (Chocolaterie Laïa) - Coffee - Apple juice (Domaine Bordatto) - Grape juice (Cave d'Irouléguy) - Basque cake (Barbier-Millox Artizarra) - Specialties with Plancha grill - Bread (Labeak Bakery) Here, brunch isn't the end goal: it extends the escape and adds another dimension to the hike.
