Your route will take you to the Ametzalde Farm, where Fabien and Sébastien will welcome you for a special tour of their farm. You'll discover their animals, from sheep and pigs to horses, dogs, and beehives, as well as the inner workings of this multifaceted farm. All year round, Fabien and Sébastien are passionately dedicated to caring for their animals and running their farm. They will share their commitment to animal welfare, quality feed, and respectful farming practices, not forgetting the passing on of their expertise to children, who will particularly appreciate this encounter with farm life. Organic Ossau-Iraty PDO sheep's cheese, honey, prepared dishes, and Idoki-certified farm products: a wonderful opportunity to discover the flavors of the local countryside and the passionate work of those who cultivate it.
